Mercure Koh Samui Beach Resort, Koh Samui

I had a rather mixed experience at the resort. On the one hand, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the pool area was quite inviting. However, the rooms were somewhat outdated and not very comfortable, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. The noise from the busy road nearby was also a major downside. Overall, I definitely think there are some improvements needed to meet the expectations of a four-star resort.
